A high performance and fully automated turntable machine for slabs (grey, structured, post treated), with two concrete layers.

Continously variable thickness adjustment from optional 3cm up to 12 cm
Maximum size 40 x 60 cm single mould
Highest product quality, suitable for all kinds of posttreatment
Compaction strength with up to 90 MPa
(Freeze-thaw-salt resistance, few water absorption)
20%-30% cement savings as compared to other compacting-systems
Less cleaning time (without water) by use of semi dry concrete
